Is JobReshape free for job seekers?

• Job seekers can browse jobs and use the candidate features made available on the platform without being charged simply for submitting a standard job application.

Do I need an account to browse jobs?

• Public vacancies can be browsed without an account where enabled. An account is required for features such as Easy Apply, saved jobs, application tracking and candidate-specific notifications.

Can I apply for the same job more than once?

• No. Once a successful application has been submitted for a vacancy through your candidate account, JobReshape prevents another submission for that same job.

Can I use a different CV for a specific application?

• Yes. Where Easy Apply supports it, you can use your profile CV or select a different CV for that application without replacing your main profile CV.

How do I know the status of my application?

• Open My Applications from your candidate dashboard. Employers can update the application as it moves through their recruitment process.

What does a match percentage mean?

• Where available, match information compares structured job criteria with relevant candidate profile information. It is intended to provide context, not to guarantee that a candidate will be shortlisted or hired.

How do job alerts work?

• Create an alert using the available keyword, location, category and optional salary preferences. Relevant new vacancies may be sent by email and, for logged-in candidates, through website notifications.

Can I save jobs for later?

• Yes. Saved jobs are available from the candidate dashboard.

How will I know about an interview?

• When an employer books an interview through JobReshape, the invitation can appear in your account and be sent to your email address. Check both your inbox and your JobReshape notifications.

Can employers contact candidates directly?

• Yes. JobReshape provides platform communication tools and supported email communication so employers can contact applicants about recruitment matters.

Does JobReshape guarantee that employers are genuine?

• No platform can guarantee the conduct of every third party. JobReshape provides verification, reporting and moderation tools, but users should still independently evaluate employers and opportunities.

Should I pay an employer to get a job?

• Be cautious of requests for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary financial information. If a payment request seems suspicious or is unrelated to a legitimate, clearly explained recruitment requirement, stop and report the listing.
