These Terms of Service govern access to and use of JobReshape. By using JobReshape, creating an account, publishing a vacancy or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You may not impersonate another person or organization or create an account for unlawful or deceptive purposes.

2. Job Seeker Responsibilities

Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, CVs, applications, qualifications and communications. JobRehsape does not guarantee that an application will result in a response, interview, offer or employment.

3. Employer Responsibilities

Employers are responsible for ensuring that job listings are genuine, accurate, lawful and authorized by the organization represented. Employers must handle applicant information only for legitimate recruitment purposes and must not misuse, sell or improperly disclose candidate data.

4. Job Listings

JobReshape may review, approve, reject, edit the presentation of, close or remove listings where reasonably necessary for platform operation, safety, quality or compliance. Approval or verification does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of an employer, vacancy or employment outcome.

5. Premium Jobs

Premium placement may provide additional visibility or priority positioning as described on the platform. Premium placement does not guarantee applications, qualified candidates, interviews or hires. Premium status is granted or removed by JobReshape according to the applicable arrangement.

6. Applications and Recruitment Decisions

JobReshape provides tools that facilitate recruitment. Employers make their own hiring decisions, and candidates make their own decisions about whether to apply for or accept opportunities. Any match indicators or application-quality groupings are informational tools and are not guarantees of suitability.

7. Communications

JobReshape may facilitate website notifications and emails between candidates and employers. Users are responsible for the content of their communications. Email delivery, inbox placement and replies can depend on third-party email systems outside JobReshape’s control.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting fake, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or fraudulent vacancies.
• Requesting payment from candidates in a deceptive or unauthorized manner.
• Phishing, identity theft, impersonation or collecting information for unrelated purposes.
• Uploading malware or attempting to compromise the website.
• Scraping, spamming or using automated methods that materially disrupt the service.
• Harassing users or sending abusive, threatening or inappropriate communications.
• Misusing candidate CVs, contact details or other personal information.
• Circumventing account, moderation, verification or security controls.

9. Verification and Trust Features

Verification and trust-related indicators are intended to provide additional context, not an absolute guarantee. Users should still perform appropriate checks before sharing sensitive information, attending interviews, making payments or accepting employment.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Some jobs may direct users to external websites or services. JobReshape is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or actions of independent third-party websites.

11. Intellectual Property

JobReshape’s original website design, branding, software and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users retain responsibility for content they submit and grant JobReshape the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, process and distribute that content for operation of the service.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account or content violates these Terms, creates security or safety risks, or is being used unlawfully.

13. Disclaimers

JobReshape is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, employment outcomes, candidate quality, employer conduct or the accuracy of all third-party content. Nothing on JobReshape should be treated as legal, financial or professional employment advice.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JobReshape and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from third-party conduct, employment decisions, external websites, unauthorized activity or use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes

We may revise these Terms as JobReshape evolves. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
