How It Works
JobReshape brings job discovery, applications and recruitment management into one straightforward platform.
For Job Seekers
1. Create your profile
- Register as a candidate and add your skills, experience, education, location and CV/resume. You can update your profile whenever necessary.
2. Find opportunities
- Browse jobs, search by keyword and explore vacancies by category. You can also view company profiles and their open jobs.
3. Save jobs and create alerts
- Save opportunities you want to revisit and create job alerts based on your interests. Relevant new jobs may be sent by email and shown through your website notifications.
4. Apply
- For supported vacancies, use Easy Apply and review your application before submitting it. You can use your profile CV or choose a different CV for a particular application.
5. Track progress
- View applications and status updates from your dashboard. Employers may move applications through stages such as Under Review, Shortlisted, Selected, Interview, Offer, Hired or Rejected.
6. Manage interviews
- Receive interview invitations by email and on the website, view interview details, set reminders and manage available interview actions.
For Employers
1. Create an employer profile
- Register your company, complete the company profile and optionally submit supporting information for verification.
2. Post a job
- Enter the vacancy details and submit the job for review. Jobs are not automatically published from the employer dashboard; publication remains subject to platform review.
3. Request premium placement
- If you want additional visibility, use the Post as Premium option to view the benefits and contact JobReshape about premium placement. Premium status is controlled by the platform administrator.
4. Review applicants
- Open the applicant area for a vacancy to review candidate information, CVs, screening responses and available match information.
5. Communicate and interview
- Message candidates, send direct recruitment emails, book interviews and update interview status without leaving JobReshape. Relevant communications may also be delivered to the candidate by email.
6. Make hiring decisions
- Update application statuses as candidates progress through your recruitment process.
