Information Shared Between Users

When a candidate applies for a job, relevant application and profile information may be shared with the employer responsible for that vacancy. When employers communicate with candidates, their relevant identity and contact information may be used to facilitate that communication. Information you intentionally publish in a public company profile or job listing may be visible to visitors.

CVs and Application Documents

Candidate CVs and application documents are used to support applications and profile features. Candidates should avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in a CV. Employers must use applicant information only for legitimate recruitment purposes and in accordance with applicable law.

Employer Verification Documents

Verification documents may be submitted for administrative review. They are intended for verification purposes and should not be treated as public profile content unless explicitly stated.

Job Alerts and Email Communications

If you create a job alert or subscribe to job updates, we may use your email address and selected preferences to send relevant vacancies. Registered candidates may also receive on-site notifications when appropriate. You may stop optional job-alert emails using available account controls or unsubscribe mechanisms.

Email Performance Information

Where enabled, JobReshape may record whether a tracked link in a JobReshape email was clicked. A message being accepted for sending does not necessarily mean it was delivered to an inbox or read.

JobReshape may use cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, analytics and other essential website functionality. Third-party services integrated with the website may also use their own technologies subject to their policies.
